  • Built omni-channel multi-cloud, data driven, and AI enriched M&A Sell Side platform, transforming end to end Deal Origination, Tracking, Executon, and Reporting, augmented with real time insights streaming. The platform now handles several billion dollars and 100$ of all M&A deals. Saved over 800 person years in manual efforts and improved deal seeking accuracy by 26% YoY. Javascript Web UI, Swift for iOS, Salesforce LWC and Experience Cloud (Salesforce platform , Private Connect, 3rd party and custom built API’s), AWS based Data Platform (Kafka - MSK/Kinesis/AWS Glue/EMR/S3/RDS/API Gateway/Lambda/Quicksight/Athena/Cloudwatch/EKS/Springboot/Redshift/Neptune)
  • Stood up enterprise-wide Sales and Revenue Engineering team of ~70 engineers and built out an analytics-driven, CRM and Sales Engineering infrastructure, leading to uptick in sales rates by ~16% YoY.
  • Coached 34 scrum teams to improve broken Agile processes, revamped engineering practices across AWS, Salesforce, Azure, and On-Prem systems, improving release frequency from once a quarter to multiple high-quality, intra-day releases.
